As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.
n
We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Erina branch. At Burson, you're never just a number—you'll be part of a supportive, close-knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
n
Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
n
Assisting with inventory control
n
Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
n
Supporting the Store Manager
n




Leading and supporting your team
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
n
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
n
The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
n
Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
n
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
n
Current full driver's license
n
