Australian Turf Club is seeking a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support rostering across our four main venues. The role focuses on developing rosters, aligning to workforce availability and skills, and maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with Operations, monitor data in our Time & Attendance system, identify gaps, and assist payroll validation. Experience in workforce planning or time & attendance is valued; weekend availability may be required.
