Are you a team player with solid relationship skills and a passion for fitness and technology? At Technogym, we're looking for someone proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused to join our Service team.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Brisbane and occasionally regional QLD/NT. Your mission: deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.

You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by
n
Carrying outpreventative maintenance, service and repairs
n
Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults,



performing tests and finding solutions
n
Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
n
Properly managing work orders andservice reports
n
Communicating effectively with customers and escape problems when necessary
n
About You
n
Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
n
Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline
n
Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills
n
Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets
n
Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
n
Right to work in Australia
