About The Role
n
As Lifestyle Team Leader, you will lead engaging activities and programs that bring connection, purpose, enjoyment and companionship to our residents.
n
You Will
n
n
Lead creative and meaningful lifestyle activities
n
Build genuine relationships with residents and families
n
Support individual interests, culture, abilities and choices
n




Develop activities that encourage social connection and participation
n
Work closely with our care and clinical teams
n
Help create a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel valued
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is creative, caring, energetic and organised, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of older people.
n
Ideally, You Will Have
n
n
Natural leadership capability and excellent people skills
n
Relevant qualifications in Lifestyle, Leisure & Health, Individual Support or Allied Health
n
Experience in residential aged care
n
Knowledge of person-centred care and the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A positive attitude and the ability to bring new ideas to life
n
n
You will also need a current Police Check and valid working rights in Australia.
