Crunch & Coast Seafood Bar is a growing seafood venue in Clyde, and we're looking for a reliable and experienced Full time Cook to join our kitchen team.

We serve traditional fish & chips alongside grilled seafood, seafood bowls, burgers, tacos and other fresh coastal-style dishes. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and can become a reliable long-term member of our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking fish, seafood and other menu items
Grilling, frying and general kitchen cooking
Food preparation and portion control
Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation

What We're Looking For
Previous commercial kitchen experience
Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen preparation
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Supporting the development of new seafood and dine-in dishes
Experience with seafood,



fish & chips or high-volume cooking is highly regarded
Confident with both grill and fryer
Reliable and punctual
Positive communication and teamwork
Able to work independently when required
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Looking for stable, long-term employment

Pay From $28.50 per hour, with applicable weekend penalty rates and superannuation.

Final rate may be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
