The Role
n
Based at Waters Industrial Recycling Facility in Mildura, VIC, this is a full time role operating modern plant and equipment at a high-tech recycling facility.
n
Your day could include operating everything from loaders and excavators to screeners, crushers, and advanced CDE wash plants. As a key driver of our daily operations, you'll keep the site moving by efficiently loading customers, managing stockpiles, and overseeing yard activity.

About you
n
Experienced Applicants
n
n
Proven background operating heavy machinery within quarry, recycling, or civil environments.
n
Valid Drivers Licence, plant tickets,



and solid background operating heavy quarry plant, crushers, or wash plants (or equivalent industry experience).
n
Valid Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
n
Strong focus on safety, operational efficiency, and equipment maintenance.
n
Strong work ethic and reliable.
n
n
Entry-Level Applicants
n
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Construction White Card (bonus, but not required!).
n
A strong work ethic, high reliability, mechanically minded, and ready to learn fast.
n
Motivation to undertake training and obtain high level plant and heavy vehicle accreditations.
n
n
