Dynamo Fitness is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness equipment suppliers, providing premium home and commercial gym equipment across the country. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Installation and Service Technician to join our growing NSW team.

About the Role
n
Every day is different. You'll travel to customer sites to deliver, assemble, install, and service a wide range of fitness equipment for homes, commercial gyms, schools, hotels, and sporting facilities.
n
When installation work is quieter, you'll support the team by carrying out preventative servicing and warranty repairs. This is a wide-ranging role where you'll always have meaningful work and continue developing your skills.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment at customer locations.
n
Perform preventative maintenance and servicing on gym equipment.
n
Complete warranty repairs and troubleshoot equipment faults.
n
Read and follow assembly manuals and technical documentation.
n
Safely operate hand and power tools.
n
Load, unload, and prepare equipment for deliveries and installations.
n
Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job.
n
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in equipment installation, mechanical assembly, servicing, or a similar hands-on role.
n
Confident using hand and power tools.
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
n
Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy equipment as part of a team.
n
Excellent attention to detail.
n
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in producing quality work.
n
Good communication and customer service skills.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
n
Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
