Markq Homes, a prominent homebuilder and growing and leading builder in south west Sydney, is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join their team at their display home in Austral. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in showcasing Markq Homes' exceptional properties and assisting prospective buyers throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

Engage with new potential customers through the display home, highlighting the inclusions and features of Markq Homes' offerings
n
Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project
n
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales progress
n
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies
n
Stay up-to-date with the latest and current information, pricing, and industry trends
n
Assist with the coordination of events and open house activities at the display home
n
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Markq Homes brand
n

About you
n
n
Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles,



preferably within the real estate or home building industry
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of customers
n
Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
n
Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
n
Keen eye for detail and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
n
Familiarity with the local south west, NSW market and an understanding of the needs and preferences of homebuyers in the area
n
Comfortable being in front of the camera and happy to feature in property walkthroughs and social media content is a plus - our professional videographer will take care of the filming and production.
