Storeperson/Picker Packer/Driver - Casual

Story Fresh Rocklea is seeking a casual Storeperson/Picker Packer/Driver to join our dynamic warehouse and distribution team. We are looking for two reliable, hardworking and versatile all-rounders to join our warehouse team on a casual basis, Monday to Friday , start time varying between night and early morning starts, with some Saturdays required from time to time. This is a casual position based in Rocklea, QLD ****, offering the opportunity to work across multiple functions within our fast-paced warehousing and logistics operation. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products are efficiently stored, picked, packed, and delivered to our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the job done correctly and can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

What you'll be doing
n

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Checking orders carefully to ensure the correct products and quantities are dispatched
n
Stock rotation and maintaining product quality
n
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
n
Loading and unloading vehicles safely
n
Multi-drop deliveries in a small truck or van
n
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
n
Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
n
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
n
Following food safety, workplace health and safety and company procedures
n
Assisting other areas of the business when required
n
Being flexible and willing to take on other reasonable duties as needed
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
n
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment is highly desirable
n




Experience with picking and packing operations
n
Valid driver's licence (current and unrestricted) for light delivery driving duties
n
Forklift licence and high reach experience is highly desired
n
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry goods regularly, with safe manual handling practices
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
n
A proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace
n
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support flexible casual scheduling
n
Friendly and professional when dealing with customers
n
Able to follow instructions and take initiative when required
n
