Salary: circa $75,000+ (negotiable commensurate with experience) + Super + Bonus + Travel Allowance

You'll be supported by ANZ Retail Operations, HR and Loss Prevention, so you're not dealing with constant understaffing, out‐of‐hours calls, or last‐minute roster issues.

Early shifts mean afternoons free.

ABOUT YOU
n
You are:
n
n
An experienced Store Manager, or a strong Assistant Store Manager ready to step into your first Store Manager role with support
n
Experienced in high-volume retail, ideally across: fashion, lifestyle, gifting, entertainment, travel or airport retail
n
Confident across: visual merchandising and store standards, stock flow and inventory accuracy, rostering and labour planning, customer service leadership.
n
Positive, energetic and adaptable. Comfortable leading diverse teams.
n
Happy working a structured early / late rotating roster
n
Able to obtain an ASIC (we'll support you through the process)
n
Holder of permanent Australian working rights
