About The Role
n
This role is ideal for a mid-level skilled stepping up from desktop/helpdesk support who wants end-to-end ownership of hardware fleets, software licensing, asset registers, and ITIL-aligned change management processes without being bogged down by corporate bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own service requests end-to-end, managing fleet upgrades, mobile devices, hardware, and internal IT requests across APAC operating hours.
n
Oversee and maintain the accuracy of IT asset inventories and software licensing registers.
n
Act as an ambassador for digital workplace change management and regional end-user communications.
n
Provide key technology support for executive and onsite audio/video (AV) systems, including live events.
n
Manage second-line remote support and onboarding for regional business units using ServiceNow and standard ITSM practices.
n
Liaise with external vendors for hardware warranties, maintenance, and incident management.

About You
n
n
Background:



3+ years of progressive experience moving from help desk to desktop support and service delivery.
n
Core Technical Skills: Hands-on troubleshooting expertise across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile platforms, and AV/VC office setups.
n
Process Focus: Solid grounding in ITIL frameworks, software license management, asset management, and ServiceNow.
n
Communication: Professional skills to engage with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
n
Scope Note: This position is best suited for an evolving technical support specialist stepping up into service delivery management, rather than a senior manager with 5+ years of strategic management experience.
