Trade Sales Administrator – Architectural Hardware

As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a full time Trade Sales Administrator to join our team at our beautiful Gold Coast HQ.
n
You will have the opportunity to show your expertise and skills as you engage with architects, designers, and builders, with the ultimate goal of bringing our client's vision to life.
n
What you will be doing:
n
n
Process quotes, invoices and orders via chat, email, and over the phone.
n
Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and stakeholders.
n
Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with Trade enquiries.
n
Comfortable maximising sales, leads and opportunities (no cold calling, dealing with exisiting customer base).
n
n
About you:
n
n
A high level of written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
Committed to assisting clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
n
Project and time management skills and interpersonal skills.
n
1-2 year's experience in a similar role.
n
n

This role is a full-time position - 38 hoursper week

Base salary + super + quarterly discretionary sales bonus*
