We're seeking an experienced and values-drivenCentre Managerto lead a high-quality early learning service. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the service, ensuring compliance, driving occupancy, mentoring educators, and creating a positive and collaborative team culture. You will be supported by a structured onboarding program and an experienced leadership team, giving you the tools and guidance needed to thrive in the role. About the Role

Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
n
Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance
n
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
n
Drive occupancy and ensure the financial sustainability of the service
n
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
n

So who are you?
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
n
Previous experience in a Centre Manager or leadership role
n
Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
n
Confident in managing budgets, occupancy, and team performance
n
Passionate about mentoring and developing educators
n
