Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Property and Motor Insurance Consultants to join their expanding team. They have beautiful up-to-date offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all.

The Role
n

Assisting with a portfolio of claims
n
Attending to inbound phone calls and lodging claims
n
Managing claim general inquiries
n
Providing clients with information on product offerings
n
Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
n
Hourly: $35 - $45 per hour + super
n
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + plus super
n
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
n
Location: Sydney CBD
n

Experience within property/motor claimsindustry is essential
n
Robust customer service and administration skills essential
n
Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
n
Sales and Call Center experience desirable
n
The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
n
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
n
