About the Role
n
As a Service Concierge at Wollongong Mazda, you will be the face & voice of our Service Department, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors receives outstanding care. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
n
Provide outstanding customer service, by meeting and greeting customers on their arrival.
n
Directing customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts enquiries.
n
Addressing customer enquiries; offering assistance or directing them as needed in a professional manner
n




Liaising with Service Advisors and workshop staff to ensure customer needs and expectations are communicated effectively.
n
Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.
n

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Current Driver's License.
