The ATB Morton Group of Companies are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team!

Key Accountabilities
n

Project Management
n
Sub-Contractor Management
n
Quality Control
n
Prepare daily programming of the works in conjunction with the Site Supervisor
n
Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
n
Interact with Councils and other Regulatory Authorities
n
Identify and manage project scope schedule cost variations
n
Maintain project documentation and reporting
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, on budget and as per contractual agreements
n
n
Selection Criteria
n
n




Solid previous experience in commercial/industrial Project Management
n
Sound construction knowledge and experience
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management and/or project management
n
WHS Construction Induction
n
Proven understanding of project management best practice, tools and techniques
n
Have robust verbal and written communication skills required for internal and
n
Demonstrated leadership skills with a team player attitude and a positive influence
n
Have a valid driver's licence
n
n
PLEASE NOTE:
