The Role
n
This is a hands-on production role working with state-of-the-art bindery equipment in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
n
You'll operate Guillotines, Folders or Stitchers (or multiple machines if you have broader capability), helping deliver jobs on time, in full, and to spec—the standard CMYKhub is known for.
n
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
n Location: Brendale, QLD
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Operating bindery equipment (Guillotine, Folder and/or Stitcher)
n
Supporting end-to-end finishing processes
n
Maintaining quality, accuracy and output targets
n
Performing basic preventative maintenance
n
Keeping your work area clean and organised
n
Participating in ongoing training and upskilling
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
1–3+ years' experience on at least one bindery machine
n
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Solid time management and reliability
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
Additional machine experience is highly regarded.
