n Employment Type: Casual / Temporary with potential for ongoing work
n Days: Monday to Friday
n Hours: 4–8 hours per day, with the potential for consistent hours

DHL Canberra is looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operators / Courier & Delivery Drivers to join their team. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established logistics operation, with successful candidates trained across various duties to provide backfill support over the coming months while internal recruitment stabilises.
n
There is also potential for ongoing employment or permanent conversion for the right candidates as opportunities become available.
n
Available Shifts
n
n
Early shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
n
Day shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm
n
Monday to Friday
n
Expected hours of approximately 4–8 hours per day, depending on operational requirements
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
The role will involve a combination of:
n
n
Warehouse operations, including loading and unloading freight
n
Sorting, scanning and handling consignments
n
Courier and delivery duties
n
Driving company vehicles and completing deliveries safely and efficiently
n
Completing delivery documentation and paperwork
n
Basic clerical and administrative duties
n
Data entry and updating shipment information
n
Providing general support to the warehouse and transport teams
n
Following DHL's safety, security and operational procedures
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for candidates who are:
n
n
Reliable, punctual and committed to Monday–Friday work
n
Physically capable of undertaking warehouse and freight-handling duties
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment
n
Customer-focused and professional when completing deliveries
n
Comfortable with basic computer and clerical tasks
n
Flexible and willing to learn different aspects of the operation
n
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Current Forklift Licence (LF) – desirable but not essential
n
Previous experience in courier, delivery driving, warehousing, freight or logistics will be highly regarded
n
