Job Description
About the opportunity
n Edutemps is recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-trust executive and personal support to the Founder of a leading international education organisation.
n This is an immediate-start, full-time temporary assignment for approximately 2 to 3 months, based onsite in Surrey Hills. The role combines strategic executive support with complex travel coordination, stakeholder liaison and confidential family office and personal administration.
n Key responsibilities
n

Manage a complex calendar, appointments, meetings and competing priorities.
n
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas, transfers and last-minute changes.
n
Prepare briefing papers, presentations, correspondence and executive documentation.
n
Screen and prioritise requests, monitor action items and ensure commitments are followed through.
n
Liaise professionally with senior leaders, international teams, advisers, suppliers and service providers.
n
Support private appointments, personal travel, property or household administration and other family office matters.
n
Maintain strict confidentiality across organisational, commercial, personal and family office information.
n
Assist with executive expenses, invoices, meeting logistics and corporate projects as required.

About you
n
n
Demonstrated experience supporting a Founder, Director, senior executive or high-net-worth principal.
n
Confident working across both corporate and personal or family office priorities.
n
Strong judgement, initiative and the ability to anticipate requirements.
n
Proven experience managing complex diaries, executive travel and sensitive stakeholder relationships.
n
Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
n
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital collaboration systems.
n
A flexible, responsive and service-oriented approach.
n
English and Mandarin communication skills are highly desirable.
n

Assignment details
n
n
Temporary assignment for approximately 2 to 3 months.
n
Full-time and based onsite in Surrey Hills.
n
$55 per hour + super.
n
Immediate start.
