My client is seeking an experienced KDR Site Manager to join their established team of professionals. You will have proven ability to manage up to 5+ individual custom builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
n
Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans
n
Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
n
Coordination of supplies and materials
n
Manage in office compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
n
Prepared to be hands on, and not afraid to get on the tools
n
High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
n
A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
n
Minimum of 4+ years Supervisory experience with KDR/ High End Luxury Custom Homes
n
