Job Description
This is a hands-on support role across the workshop and site. You will work alongside skilled fabricators and installers in a professional, high-standard environment.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Safely handle and move stone slabs and finished pieces using the correct equipment
n
Maintain a clean, organised and silica-compliant workshop every day
n
Assist CNC operators, fabricators and polishers as directed
n
Support the site team with loading/unloading, preparing materials for installation, and on-site labouring under supervision
n
Carefully pack and prepare finished work for delivery or installation
n
Follow all WHS procedures and wear required PPE without exception (workshop and site)
n

About you
n

Current Construction Induction White Card (essential)
n
Physically capable of handling heavy materials safely for full shifts
n
Reliable, punctual and willing to own your workspace
n
Coachable attitude and a genuine desire to work to high standards
n




Own reliable transport to Mulgrave (and occasional site locations across Melbourne)
n
Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse or construction labour role (nice to have)
n
Forklift ticket (nice to have)
n
Manual driver's licence (nice to have)
n
Familiarity with power tools or fabrication environments (nice to have)
n
