Join Our Vietnamese Restaurant Team in Caringbah!

We are the Vietnamese restaurant located in Caringbah, Sydney, serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine and creating a friendly dining experience for our local community.
n
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Hand (Part time/Full time) to join our team. This is a great chance for a hospitality student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain practical experience and build a long-term career in the hospitality industry
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with daily food preparation, including washing, cutting and basic ingredient preparation.
n
Support chefs during service with plating, preparation and restocking ingredients.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment, including benches, equipment and storage areas.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and Work Health & Safety procedures.
n
Assist with receiving, checking and properly storing deliveries.
n
Perform general back-of-house duties to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
n

We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Available to work at least 2 days per week.
n




Currently studying or has completed a qualification in Hospitality or a related field(preferred).
n
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
n
A positive team player with good communication skills.
n
Interested in developing their skills and building a career in hospitality.
n
Eligible to work in Australia (Subclass 500 and 485 visa holders are welcome to apply), subject to their applicable work conditions.
n
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
n
Vietnamese-speaking ability is an advantage but not essential.
n
