About the role:
n
Based in our Coolaroo site, we are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for building customer relationships. As a Customer Service representative, you will:
n
n
Offer a high level of service to our existing customers and prospective customers.
n
Liaise with production and customers on delivery and lead-time allocation
n
Accurately process orders.
n
Provide an internal link between external customers and the various internal departments within the business
n
Field and manage customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and have a great understanding of the escalation process.




n
Build robust, ongoing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
n
n
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised.
n
About you:
n
n
A genuine customer focus and helpful nature.
n
Proven experience within an internal and/or external customer service role, experience in the packaging industry will be highly regarded.
n
Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
n
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised.
