Troocoo Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join residential aged care teams across aged care facilitiesin the Maryborough/Granville area of Queensland.

These are excellent opportunities for experienced RNs looking for a stable, full-time position within residential aged care.

The Opportunity
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, working collaboratively with care teams to support their clinical, physical and emotional wellbeing.
n
You will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care while maintaining high clinical standards and contributing to a positive resident experience.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Providing high quality clinical care to residents in a residential aged care environment
n
Completing comprehensive assessments and developing and reviewing care plans
n
Administering medications and undertaking clinical interventions in accordance with scope of practice
n
Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in clinical condition
n
Completing accurate clinical documentation and maintaining resident records
n
Working collaboratively with AINs, ENs, allied health professionals, families and other members of the care team
n
Supporting clinical handovers and contributing to effective communication across the team
n
Participating in continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards
n
Promoting dignity, choice, independence and person centred care for every resident
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous residential aged care experience highly regarded
n
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A genuine commitment to providing high quality, person centred care
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping skills
n
Availability to commence ASAP
n
