We're looking for qualified Light Vehicle Mechanics who are ready to take the next step in their career.

As a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic looking to broaden your skills and build a long-term career, this is your prospect to transition into the growing materials handling industry.
n
No prior forklift experience is required. From day one, you'll be partnered with a qualified technician who will mentor and support you while you develop the skills and confidence to become a Service Specialist. With full training, ongoing coaching and a clear career pathway, you'll soon be working on industry-leading Hyster and Yale forklifts as part of one of Australia's leading materials handling businesses.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day
n

Service, repair and maintain Hyster and Yale forklifts and material handling equipment
n
Diagnose mechanical,



electrical and hydraulic faults
n
Complete scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
n
Learn new technologies through ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
n
Work alongside experienced technicians while developing your technical skills
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
n
Experience working within an automotive dealership or workshop environment
n
Passion for diagnostics, fault finding and problem solving
n
Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn new equipment and technologies
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
A positive attitude and commitment to safety
n
No forklift experience required - we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
