What You'll Be Doing
n

Visiting clients in their homes to understand their vision, space, and needs
n
Creating tailored renovation proposals that balance aesthetics, function, and budget
n
Using Revit or SketchUp to bring concepts to life and support selections
n
Collaborating with our project team to ensure seamless handover and execution
n
Following up leads, nurturing relationships, and closing with integrity
n
Staying across trends, suppliers, and compliance
n
Owning the client journey from first consult to selections
n

What You'll Bring
n

Experience in sales, interiors, or renovations (client-facing preferred)
n
Minimum 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, interiors, or renovations
n
Robust communication and presentation skills
n
Proficiency in Revit or SketchUp (essential)
n
A Diploma in Interior Design or similar qualification
n
A knack for building trust and simplifying complex decisions
n
Tech-savvy with quoting tools and basic Excel
n
A valid driver's licence and confidence visiting homes across Melbourne
n
Australian citizenship is required for this position
