We're looking for a motivated part time Finance & Billings Coordinator to join our Finance Team in Tullamarine. This role is 22.5 hours based across the 5 working days.
n
Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your finance career or an experienced administrator looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
n
This is an entry-level to junior finance opportunity where you'll learn all aspects of billing, customer accounts and finance administration while working alongside an experienced team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Customer invoicing and billing administration
n
Account reconciliations and payment allocation
n
Customer account support
n
Assisting with debtor management activities
n
Processing credits and refunds
n
Supporting month-end finance activities
n




Building your finance and business administration skills
n
