You will work directly alongside a senior construction law specialist with decades of industry experience. This team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major project participants, the kind of file quality that builds a real reputation.

About the role
n
You'll work across a broad range of front‐end construction matters,
right across the project lifecycle.
n
n
Preparing and negotiating construction contracts and consultant agreements
n
Advising developers, schools and government clients on procurement strategies and project delivery models
n
Drafting tender documentation and contract suites
n
Supporting complex private and public sector developments
n
Providing strategic project advice and real‐time issue resolution
n
Working directly with clients and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
n
Mentoring junior lawyers within a cooperative team
n
n
Requirements for this position
n
n
4+ years' PAE in front‐end construction law
n
Strong drafting and contract negotiation experience
n
Exposure to major projects, infrastructure, development or property‐related construction work
n
Commercially focused, practical problem‐solving skills
n
Confidence to manage matters and client relationships with appropriate supervision
n
A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for construction and infrastructure work
n

$150,000 - $195,000 + super, dependent on experience
