AVA is an established boutique architectural practice located on King Street Wharf in the Sydney CBD. The company has a diverse portfolio of work, with projects predominately in the commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed-use sectors.

About the role
n
We are currently seeking a mid level architect to join our dedicated team to play an integral part of the whole architectural process from design to delivery.
n
Duties & responsibilities
n
Contribution to the successful delivery of complex projects.
n
The ability to guide the design direction and lead projects.
n
Contribute to the generation and exploration of design and construction ideas, balancing conceptual, aesthetic, construction and cost influences
n
Develop design work in close cooperation with other members of the team.
n
Liaise with the client, stakeholders and authorities
n
Be responsive to client feedback,



issues or potential problems and report concerns
n
Skills & experience
n
A minimum of 4+ years' post graduate experience with a Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
n
Exceptional interior and architectural design skills with experience working on a range of project types
n
Working knowledge of all project stages
n
Ability to analyse and critically assess problems
n
Imaginative and creative thinking skills and ability
n
Strong Revit skills are essential
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
