About the role

You'll be responsible for running a high performance location like it's your own business. From team development to sales results and visual presentation, you'll ensure every customer leaves with an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on management role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of casuals and supervisors
n
Drive sales and KPI achievement while maintaining exceptional service standards
n
Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, and rostering
n
Coach and mentor your team to ensure consistent performance
n
Maintain a stylish, on-brand shopping environment

About you

You've worked in rapid-paced retail and understand what it takes to lead a team and deliver results. You're confident managing sales, operations, and people,



and know how to inspire your team while keeping customers happy.

Essential skills & experience:

Leadership experience in fashion retail an absolute MUST!

Experience leading and developing teams in high-volume environments
n
Strong commercial mindset with KPI-driven results

Hands-on, organised, and proactive

Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
