We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive eCommerce growth, digital advertising performance, and customer acquisition. This hands‐on role is ideal for a commercially focused marketer with strong experience across paid media, Shopify, and conversion optimisation.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive growth and ROI.
n
Support eCommerce performance across Shopify, landing pages, and customer journeys.
n
Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and sales outcomes.
n
Develop and test audiences, creative, offers, and campaign strategies.
n
Build and optimise CRM, email automation, and customer nurture campaigns.
n
Use analytics, tracking, and AI tools to improve marketing performance.
n

Qualifications
n
n
6+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
n




Solid hands‐on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce platforms.
n
Experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
n
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
n
Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
