This is an exciting new opportunity for a Employment Relations Advisor to provide high quality employment relations advice to stakeholders on performance, conduct, award compliance, legislative compliance, and employee lifecycle matters to support consistent and compliant business decisions.
n
A varied role, this chance suits someone who enjoys both hands-on advisory work and the chance to contribute to proactive employment relations initiatives across a national, fast-moving business.
n
You will build strong relationships across the business, provide clear guidance in time-sensitive situations and help strengthen Data#3's employment relations capability.

About You
n
n
You will have at least five years' experience in employment relations, HR advisory or employment law
n
Strong grounding in award interpretation, compliance and Australian employment and H&S; legislation
n
Experience supporting complex performance, conduct, consultation or employee relations matters
n
Confident communication style,



with the ability to build trust quickly and guide leaders through difficult conversations
n
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Tertiary qualifications with majors in Industrial, Workplace or Employment Relations or Law.
