This hands‑on leadership role oversees production, plant staff, batching accuracy, quality control, environmental requirements, maintenance coordination and customer outcomes.
Flights from Brisbane, meals and accommodation provided; 2 ON, 1 OFF roster on day shifts with some possible night shifts.
