Degree qualified or qualified certifications in technical writing, digital communication, information design, or equivalent.
Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills.
Aptitude for understanding current technologies, acquiring current skills, document design and information architecture.
Plain English principles.
Single-sourcing and content reuse.
Source control such as Azure DevOps or GitHub
SDLC life cycles· API reference documentation principles
Style guides and the separation of content and style.
Knowledge Management principles information architecture, metadata, and taxonomies.
Information Development and UX design principles.
MS Office templates, automation, and styles.
Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
