We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our busy team inCanning Valeon Full Time employment.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Operate fish processing machinery such as packing/cutting machines.
n
Set up machines at the beginning of each shift and conduct basic pre-start checks.
n
Monitor machine performance to maintain product quality and output.
n
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and hygiene standards.
n
Report faults or breakdowns to maintenance or supervisors promptly.




n
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
n
Assist with manual handling tasks, such as loading raw materials or packing finished products.
n
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
n
Previous experience in a similar role in Fresh Food Processing workplace.
n
Ability to work in a wet cold setting with seafood.
n
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food hygiene standards.
n
Ability to communicate in English.
n

Sound understanding of all WH&S; Protocols
