The Work Itself

Think corporate tax structuring on M&A; transactions one week,



and advising a family business on succession the next. Deal referrals already flow in steadily; what's missing is someone who can turn those relationships into a proper private enterprise and high-net-worth practice, working alongside a technically excellent lead who wants support, not competition.

Where You'll Land
n
Billable targets stay realistic, with incentives for practitioners and new client work, and a defined pathway to partnership. You're a Senior Associate, or a strong Associate already operating at that level, with solid tax law experience and ideally some exposure to private enterprise or high-net-worth clients. A Big Four-to-law background is well regarded but not essential. You're a self-starter who's comfortable building relationships and driving your own progression, rather than waiting to be developed.
