Club Coops is looking for a confident, relationship-led Membership Sales Concierge to help more people discover, and become part of, one of Queensland's most established private health and racquet clubs.
n
This is a dedicated sales role at the centre of the Club's growth. You will own the prospective member journey from the first inquiry through to tour, follow-up and membership, creating an experience that feels personal, polished and distinctly Club Coops.

With 12 tennis courts, seven squash courts, a 24/7 gym, magnesium pool, more than 150 weekly classes, dedicated mind-body experiences and The Terrace café and social space, this is much more than a place to train. It is a community where members come to move, connect, recover and belong.

The opportunity
n
As Membership Sales Concierge, you will take ownership of incoming membership enquiries and proactively move each prospect through a considered, consultative sales process.
n
You will learn what each prospective member is looking for, bring the Club Coops experience to life through personalised tours and recommend the membership pathway that best suits their lifestyle.
n
Success in this role will come from your ability to build rapport quickly, follow up consistently, maintain an active sales pipeline and convert genuine interest into long-term membership relationships.

What you'll be responsible for

Responding to telephone, digital and in-person membership enquiries
n
Conducting engaging, personalised tours of the Club
n
Understanding each prospect's goals, preferences and lifestyle
n
Confidently presenting relevant memberships, products and services
n
Managing an active sales pipeline and completing timely follow-up
n
Maintaining accurate prospect activity and outcomes within the CRM
n




Working towards agreed membership sales and conversion targets
n
Supporting the growth of longer-term and Signature memberships
n
Contributing to member retention and the overall member experience
n
Collaborating with the wider fitness, racquet, wellness and hospitality teams
n

What you'll bring
n
You may already have membership sales experience within a health club, fitness or wellness business. Alternatively, you may come from another consultative sales or premium customer workplace where relationships, follow-up and results matter.
n

Demonstrated experience working towards sales targets or performance measures
n
The confidence to lead facility tours and ask for the sale
n
A warm, professional and energetic communication style
n
Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple prospects
n
Experience using a CRM, membership platform or customer database
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Content creation and social media skills, including the ability to produce engaging promotional content, will be highly regarded.
n
A genuine interest in health, wellness, racquet sports or active lifestyles
n
An openness to coaching, feedback and continuous development
n
Most importantly, you understand that strong sales performance and an exceptional customer experience should go hand in hand.

The roster
n
The weekday roster is two early shifts, 9am to 5pm, and two late shifts, 11am to 7pm, plus everysecond Saturday. If you work a Saturday, you will have Friday off, or another weekday.
