The Opportunity
n
We're currently seeking both Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to join our Queensland team. You'll work across a wide range of exciting and challenging projects including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new-builds.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects - ensuring they are safe, high-quality, and commercially sound. Your responsibilities will include:

Procurement strategy development and execution
n
Administration of subcontracts and supplier agreements
n
Managing cost control, forecasting, and reporting
n
Supporting site teams to deliver project milestones
n
n
About You
n
You're a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven workplace. You'll bring:

Experience in commercial construction contract administration
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
n
Experience with construction software (e.g. Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Asta Powerproject) - or the willingness to learn
n
