The Parade Hotel is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced a talented Wood-Fired Pizza Maestro to join our growing kitchen team under Executive Chef Karl Wulf.

A talented Wood-Fired Pizza Maestro

With a renewed focus on premium food, fresh Western Australian produce and elevated casual dining, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career within a growing hospitality group.

Wood-Fired Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo
n
This is far more than a standard pizza chef role.
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands premium pizza production and wants to take ownership of our dedicated wood-fired pizza section.
n
You'll have experience with:
n
n
Wood-fired pizza ovens
n
Hand-stretched pizza production
n
Fresh dough preparation
n
Dough fermentation
n
High-volume restaurant service
n
Running your own section
n
Maintaining exceptional quality and consistency
n
n
Experience with Neapolitan-style, artisan pizza, sourdough or long-fermentation doughs will be highly regarded.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to make our pizza offering your own while working with quality ingredients in a professional kitchen.
