Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Process and Planning Manager to lead production across Machine Shop, Steel Processing, and Robotics departments. You will be a strong leader with the ability to drive performance, safety and continuous improvement with overall responsibility for executing manufacturing schedules, optimising capacity, and ensuring a consistent flow of materials to meet production targets and customer lead times.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop Supervisors and team members
n
Manage production schedules across various manufacturing departments
n
Identify and resolve delays, capacity constraints, and process issues
n
Optimise ERP scheduling, workflows, and resource allocation
n
Collaborate with relevant departments on product structures and improvements
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and waste
n
Monitor materials, equipment usage, and production performance
n
Technical degree and/or demonstrated related equivalent experience
n
5-10 years manufacturing experience in a leadership role
n
Comprehensive knowledge of large ERP systems

Solid planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
n
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
