Experienced Electrical Services Project Manager (High Rise Residential) – Brisbane, QLD
n
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable Electrical Services Project Manager with a strong background in high‐rise multi‐residential construction to join our team for a high‐rise project in Newstead, Brisbane. This is both a hands‐on and management leadership role suited to someone with strong, proven experience supervising electrical services crews and delivering high‐quality electrical work on complex builds.

About the Role:
n
You will be responsible for leading electrical operations on‐site, coordinating crews, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Lead and supervise electrical crews on high‐rise multi‐residential construction projects
n
Install, maintain and oversee electrical services work
n
Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schematics
n
Plan and coordinate daily site activities in line with construction programs
n
Maintain productivity while ensuring high‐quality workmanship
n
Ensure compliance with all site safety and regulatory requirements
n
Assist with material scheduling and site coordination
n
Liaise effectively with site managers, foreman, engineers, consultants and other trades
n
About You:
n




We are targeting candidates with strong, proven high‐rise multi‐residential experience. Specifically:
n
Minimum 5+ years commercial electrical experience, with a strong focus on high‐rise multi‐residential projects
n
Demonstrated experience as a project manager or supervisor on multi‐story residential builds
n
Strong understanding of riser systems, multi‐level electrical services work, and services coordination
n
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
n
Experience working within structured site environments and tight build programs
n
Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and QLD electrical regulations
n
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
n
Current QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
n
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Reliable transport
n
Full Australian work rights
n
Requirements (PPE & Tools):
n
PPE: Steel cap boots, hard hat, long pants
n
Tools: Necessary to complete the works
n
What We Offer:

$170,000 to $180,000 dependent on experience
