We are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team and become part of a business that genuinely values its people.

We offer the flexibility to work from either our Werribee or Footscray office, along with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week for the right candidate.

Your Day-to-Day
n
Manage a portfolio of Owners Corporation properties
n
Build strong relationships with owners, committees and residents
n




Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
n
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common property, working closely with contractors and suppliers
n
Conduct AGMs and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, reports and minutes
n
Provide professional advice to owners and committees on Owners Corporation matters
n
Manage budgets, levies and financial records
n
Assist committees with maintenance planning and long-term strategies
n
Deliver a high level of communication and customer service to clients
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous experience as an Owners Corporation Manager or Property Manager
n
Strata Master experience will be highly regarded
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A skilled, positive and solutions-focused approach
n
Ability to confidently manage clients, committees and contractors
n
Knowledge of Owners Corporation legislation and compliance is highly regarded
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
If you have strong Property Management experience and are looking to transition into Owners Corporation Management, we would also love to hear from you. Comprehensive training and support can be provided to the right person.
