About the Roles
n
We're on the lookout for motivated, experienced, and inspiring Trainers and Assessors to deliver face-to-face classes in one or more of the following areas:
n
n
Electrical
n
HVAC
n
Carpentry
n
n
Whether you're available one day a week, night times, Saturdays or full-time, we'd like to hear from you!
n
Candidates must be available for a minimum of one day per week to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing
n




You'll bring your industry knowledge and teaching passion to life by:
n
n
Delivering engaging, professional, and practical training sessions
n
Supporting learners to achieve real results and industry-ready skills
n
Planning and delivering lessons using modern, flexible, and tech-savvy approaches
n
Conducting assessments, maintaining student records, and meeting RTO **** Standards
n
Keeping your skills sharp through continuous professional development
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for Trainers who are:
n
n
Energetic and passionate about helping others succeed
n
Confident communicators who can engage and motivate learners
n
Strong team players with initiative and independence
n
Up to date with their industry and VET knowledge
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****)
n
Relevant trade qualifications and current industry experience
n
n
