Job Description
We are looking for a part time or casual Sales Consultant to join our Richmond showroom team at Trit House, home to Australia's first dedicated Wendelbo showroom. You will be a well-presented sales professional with strong organisational and customer service skills, representing one of Denmark's most respected furniture houses in a considered, design-led showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

Maximising sales through strong product knowledge, creative selling skills, teamwork and excellent customer service
n
Delivering an engaging and considered experience to every customer
n
Handling customer enquiries in-store, over the phone and via email, including following up on quotes and orders
n
Liaising with trade clients and assisting with commercial projects
n
Assisting customers with product selection based on their needs, budget and personal style
n
Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the showroom
n

About you
n
n
Proven sales and customer service experience, with furniture or interiors experience viewed favourably but not essential
n




A genuine interest in interiors and contemporary design; formal qualifications are not required
n
The confidence and ability to close a sale
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail
n
A collaborative and positive attitude
n
Availability to work a roster involving weekends
n
Experience in a customer-focused environment and a willingness to learn
n
Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
n
