About the role
n
Based in Sydney, you'll assist with overseeing the carriage of personal injury and Workers Compensation matters while helping ensure a consistently high standard of service across the practice.



You'll also play a part in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives as the team continues to grow.

Manage Workers Compensation matters as a core part of the role
n
Handle motor vehicle accident and public liability files
n
Maintain strong client care from engagement to resolution
n
Use advocacy and file strategy skills to progress matters effectively
n
Build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
n
Identify growth and improvement opportunities within the practice
n
Work with autonomy while contributing to a team-oriented team structure
n

What you'll bring
n

3 to 5 years' post-admission experience in personal injury law
n
Essential experience in Workers Compensation
n
Experience managing motor vehicle accident and public liability matters
n
Excellent advocacy and file management skills
n
Strong client-facing and communication ability
n
Strategic thinking and sound commercial awareness
n
Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication
n
Attention to detail and professionalism
n
Initiative, warmth and the ability to work well in a team
