We are currently seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our casual team across Gold Coast and in the Ormeau area.

What You'll Be Doing

Personal support — assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
n
High‐level personal care, including mobility assistance and falls‐risk awareness
n
Community access — supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
n
Domestic assistance — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
n
Companionship — offering emotional reassurance, conversation, and meaningful social connection
n
Mental‐health‐informed support — understanding behavioural cues and providing calm, reassuring interaction
n
Care plan documentation — following individualised plans and accurately recording services
n




Team collaboration — working closely with our coordinators and clinical team to ensure safe, high‐quality support
n

About You
n
You're someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people's lives. You bring:

Confidence working independently in clients' homes and in the community

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‐related studies
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
n
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
