About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner (FP&A;) to join our ANZ team. You will be the trusted finance partner to our sales, marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams — turning numbers into decisions and driving profitable growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Act as the trusted finance business partner to ANZ commercial teams (sales, marketing, retail, e-commerce)
Own the ANZ P&L; — lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all channels and categories
Drive financial planning & analysis (FP&A;) — revenue, margin, opex, and working capital management
Build business cases and financial models to support recent product launches, pricing decisions, promotional investments, and channel expansion
Partner with commercial teams on pricing and margin management, trade spend, and ROI analysis
Monitor channel performance, customer profitability, and inventory financials; flag risks and recommend actions
Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and business reviews for HQ and regional leadership
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
Collaborate with Shenzhen HQ finance, supply chain, and cross-border teams to align on financial processes and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A;, finance business partnering, or commercial finance
Skilled qualification preferred — CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
Required Skills
Strong P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills
Consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry background is a strong plus
Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards (AASB), tax, and compliance
Excellent data analysis and Excel/financial systems capability
Chinese + English bilingual proficiency required (for HQ coordination)
Valid full-time work authorization in Australia
