At L&F; Eyecare, Optometrists aren't expected to select frames, fit eyewear, or work towards sales KPIs. They're there to practise optometry.
n
Based primarily in Moe with additional days in Warragul, you'll join established independent practices where patients trust their Optometrist as an important part of their healthcare.
n
Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your career or an experienced practitioner, you'll have the clinical scope, technology, and professional independence to keep developing and practise the way you want to.

This is full-scope optometry with genuine clinical variety:

*****-minute initial consultations, with timing able to reflect your experience
n
Broad exposure to therapeutic and ocular disease presentations
n
Glaucoma and cataract co-management and day-one post-operative care
n
Strong relationships with GPs and local ophthalmologists
n
Conducting six-monthly foreign body removal sessions with local emergency department doctors
n
Advanced technology including Optos Daytona, OCT with angiography, visual fields, axial length and topography
n
Up to nine Optometrists across the group for mentorship and clinical collaboration
n
Experienced dispensing team managing frame selection and fitting

New graduates and early career Optometrists will have experienced clinicians around them to discuss cases, provide mentorship, and help build confidence through genuine clinical exposure.
