An established and highly reputable practice located in a Premier Gold Coast suburb is seeking a dedicated Female Vocationally Registered General Practitioner to support rapid practice growth. The clinic has a significant and dedicated patient base in Women's Health (including procedures like IUD/Implanon insertion and MTOP), offering a clear focus for a motivated Female GP.

Financial & Contract Details

Billing Structure: Mixed Billing structure with a high standard fee (approx. $100), ensuring robust revenue generation.
n
Remuneration Split: Highly competitive 65% of Gross Billings.
n
Guaranteed Rate: A secure introductory rate of $150 per hour for the first 3 months.
n
Average Earnings: Current GPs average $208 per hour (based on a $320/hr average patient billing), confirming high earning potential.
n
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible sessions available).

Clinic Environment & Features
n
Location: Central, high-traffic Gold Coast area.
n
Roster: Monday–Friday operating hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). No weekend rotation.

Support: Full-time Nurse support and dedicated Practice Manager on-site.
n
Facilities: Dedicated Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Room and available parking for practitioners.
n
Significant Note: Consulting rooms do not have windows (full disclosure provided).

Applicant Requirements
n
Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM).
n
Must be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number in a Non-DPA area.
n
Strong interest and/or experience in Women's Health is highly desirable.
