Our new Sydney warehouse is located at a 38,550 m2 site including 6,141 m2 of warehouse space fitted with3,168 standard racking spaces.
n
You will oversee daily floor team and customer service operations within the warehouse; excellent warehouse operation standards are maintained. This role focuses on service quality, operational accuracy, and team leadership to meet customer expectations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Supervise daily warehouse floor and customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
n
Ensure key account orders are completed within the agreed timeframe, maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and transparent communication with all stakeholders to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
n
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits
n
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards
n
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
n
Coordinate closely with freight forwarding team, transport carriers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
n
Monitor order status and delivery schedules to prevent delays
n
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
n
Train and supervise customer service staff within the warehouse
n
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
n
Drive continuous process improvements and cost efficiencies across operations
n




To assist their respective Manager in their duties and responsibilities as required.

Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
n
Invoicing clients / matching supplier invoices
n
Develop and a desire to do well, including pursue new opportunities
n
About You
n
You are a commercially focused and hands-on leader with strong logistics management experience.
n
You will ideally have:
n
Proven experience managing an 3PL Warehouse with similar size
n
At least 3 years' experience in a similar operational role
n
Strong knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1)/Carton Cloud systems
n
Hands on experience in Pick & Pack, Order Processing, Transport Distribution
n
Experience using RF scanning systems for warehouse operations
n
Demonstrated P&L; management and commercial capability
n
Leadership experience managing medium to large teams
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Strong understanding of warehousing, and logistics operations including load restraint knowledge and understanding
n
A proactive and results-driven leadership approach
n
A commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and service excellence
n
Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
